I am not sure about this half food thing, l have bad eating habits, eat on the run, This week l have  been concious about eating 3 meals a day and making sure it is healthy.Breakfast berries, yoghurt and Coffee.

Exercises going well, no gym today busy working from home for  the beach project, designing  menus and food costings for  Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner and bar snacks adding some healthy choices on the menu has been fun, well msot of the menu is going to be simple well prepared food, Oh l forgot the pizza menu, that is for tomorrow's work, I am surrounded by food all day long.

Lunch toady was veggie soup, bean, avocado, asparagus salad with feta cheese.virgin bloody mary.needed to make a sample for the menu,
veg power plus drink, powdered veggie drink with water, this will go on the beach menu also.

Dinner cooking for the girls, Heather, Mariana at Tracey's house, it was a pot luck dinner open the cupboards and create a meal, went heavy on the carbs tonight, pasta with white asparagus, tomato sauce and feta cheese, (small portion) . Main dish stirfried chicken fillets, with rice noodles.
No deserts excpet Heather's home made choc chip cookie, had only one and brought 4 home for my room mate.

The next two days are filled with work lunches and dinner, Tomorrow morning will be doing volunteer work with my friend Veronica who is going to use my car and go around Tokyo  collecting food and clothes for the children in Fukushima, it will be an ealrly start to the morning need to be up early.

Heres to the  end of day 6, am curious to see what Patrick has lined up for us for next week's menu and exercises. I heard there is alot of eggs to be consumed. should we go battery fed eggs or eggs from healthy chooks, " free range eggs " 50 yen per egg I  have a contact number if any one is interested in free range eggs in Tokyo,

Cheers

  2. Eggs from healthy chooks sounds good. I also like the sound of free range. If you're eating lots of eggs you want the eggs to be as healthy as possible right? And healthy eggs typically come from healthy chickens? (This is my made-up-on-the-spot theory).
