Day 10 Easter Sunday

A beautiful sunny day in tokyo today, with a walk around the imperial palace with Heather and Mariana, we walked a total of 11 kms.
Meals today, Breakfast toasted hot cross bun, scrambled egg with veggies, Milk l gag at drinking it cold, topped it up with a nice shot of espresso coffee.
Lunch to celebrate Easter was at a restuarant in Mid town, felt strange not drinking wine, stuck to my water, drank 1 liter,
Rocket salad, marinated seafood, lamb chop and eggplant all very small portions.
there was a farmers market at Midtown gardens, brought some green peppers which l will stuff for tomorrows dinner, thanks Lori for the great idea.
Afternoon workout with Lori  kepts us both motivated. need to do more stretching, skipping ont he yoga mat  was easier than skippy on the conrete.

Dinner was yesterdays left over polenta, l cut them into fat chips and cooked them in a teflon pan with minial oil spray, brought some diced Tuna  from the supermartket and sauteed them with  some garlic, onions, leek and ground cummin, all in a teflon pan, added a bit of water to moisten the fish, topped the dish off with some paprika powder.

While at the supermarket picked  up a squid,  did prep for tomorrow cleaned it ready for  tomorrow nights dinner, will stuff it with Quinoa.
Lori inspired me with her stuffed peppers, l have stuffed some  small green with chicken mince and quinoa as well, will have receipes for these in the next day or two.

Tomorrow another day.
