Day 39 & 40 Train work out

WHo would have thought l would be working out at the trian station l was taking the train back from Shimoda last night( gave me 2 1/2 hours to myself instead of driving) , there where 3 carriages and 3 people on the train, l decided to start the exercises and do the pistol squats, then the inlcine pull ups, the later did not happen as a bunch of school kids got on the trian at the next stop.
While waiting for the shinkansen ( bullet train) at Atami 20 minutes transit, l found a hiding place and did my jump rope, had a few odd looks, but hey us Gaijin "foreigners" always get strange looks from the locals.
Got home to do the rest of the exercises and discovered l have left my band back at the beach house. had to improvise on the band exercises.

day 40,
Its bucketing down with rain, plan was to do exercises this morning out side, will hit the gym later on, then its off to Bali tonight, 10 frineds will be travelling together, a pity the other passengers on the plane.

Just did a weigh in and l have broke under the 90 kg mark,( have not been this weight for 7 years) 89.6 kg am very happy

  3. Such a coincidence! I had an early class down in Kozu (I live in Tokyo). Meeting time was 8.30 at the station. Arrived at 8.02, jumped rope on the platform, looking out at the ocean, enjoying the fresh drizzle.

    I couldn't have done it if I hadn't paid (by myself) for a seat in the Green Car. Had to catch up on sleep...

    Fitting things in like this is a real buzz eh! Let's keep it going...
