Had a decent nights sleep, could have slept longer which meant l may have woken up at midday.
Started the morning off with the jump rope then decided l would do the other half in the afternoon along with the work out.
Went to see my Chiropractor, my big toes where giving me grief, felt like some one had yanked them out of their sockets,l have torn the ligements in both big toes...... ( not sure if it was from the fall in the cool room or jump ropes, the chiropractor was working on my feet and toes, made a commnent " ah Soccer" I said no Jump rope 2000 daily, he said Ah over working your feet too much training" after an hour of body manipulation wandered out feeling like a zobbie, toes are bandaged up and walking now feels like 5 kg weight are hanging on my toes, not sure how l will manage the next weeks work outs, have worked out being creative for the planks or push up will wedge me feet into a box of beer l have in the dinning room as to not put pressure on my toes ( a whimps way out ) not looking forward to work standing on my feet for the next 4 days, a dream if chefs could sit at a computer and push buttons on the key board to produce food, would make working in a kitchen a lot of fun.
as l am typing this there is a small earth tremor happening here in tokyo, the house is swaying from side to side
Lunch today was home made greek Moussaka and greek salad made by my friend Christina, Dinner was with Lori, sword fish with cajun spice and salad, so nice to eat some one elses food and we where good and drank water.

Tomorrow back to the beach, plan was ot go today, had too much on in tokyo.

Man oh man, one week away and this happens....another reason to show how tired your body is. Do the best you can, but don't hurt yourself more. You can at least do the diet 100% (which is the most important anyway) & adapt the exercises the best you can.
ReplyDeleteSkinny Tony --- great compliment and well deserved I might add!
Don't like to hear about more tremors in Tokyo.
